I agree with you, Ray, but it is a lovely introduction to the whole idea of deliberated and structured reflection for students (although I lost the sound halfway through - perhaps a temporary blip).
The one you cite is okay as far as it goes, but I think it misses the human element that May's vid has oodles of :-)
Might be worth thinking about making similar videos, and perhaps extending the scope to include the missing elements, something of a combination of the two?

Yes Bill, I had ideas to create something similar; possibly in context to the students it's delivered to (course/school).
